Joseph Ndoro Housing Officer
Joseph joined Papworth Trust in December 2019. He has 7 years’ experience of working within the housing sector and
has previously specialised in alcohol recovery and mental health teams. Joseph covers supported living homes in Cambridgeshire,
Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Luton areas.

Mandi Cooper Housing Officer
Mandi has worked at Papworth Trust for 15 years having joined the charity in 2005 when she moved to the village and took up a
role as Supported Housing Warden. Mandi covers supported homes in St Neots, Huntingdon, Peterborough and Lowestoft, as
well as all accommodation in Norfolk.

Leigha Marvell Housing Income Officer
Leigha joined Papworth Trust in early 2019. She has worked in Customer facing roles since 2008 and brings her vast Customer
Service skills and experience to this role. Leigha is responsible for updating all tenant rent accounts and is the first point of contact
for the Housing Team, providing support to the Housing Officers.

Tracey Croucher Tenant Engagement Officer
Tracey joined Papworth Trust in 2020. Tracey has a varied work background which includes 5 years’ experience of working within the
housing sector delivering tenant and community engagement initiatives.
Tracey supports the Housing Team to engage and find ways to enable tenants to provide feedback and customer insight and to ensure
tenants needs and aspirations are fed into service standards and improvements.

Samantha Oram, Team Leader, Maintenance
Sam is the Maintenance Team Leader responsible for the Asset Management Officer roles. Sam has over 14 years’ experience in housing maintenance, 11 of which have been with Papworth Trust.
Judith Fallon, Asset Management Officer
Judith is an Asset Management Officer at Papworth Trust having joined the Maintenance Team in 2019. Judith works closely with Papworth Trust Surveyors arranging survey visits & is the lead for Capital & Planned works; keeping in touch with both contractors & tenants. Judith oversees all adaptations requests to include both minor & major works & supports with Insurance claims relating to housing properties.
Christie Davies, Asset Management Officer
Christie oversees all compliance related works & servicing at Papworth Trust, working with numerous external contractors across many sectors & disciplines. She joined Papworth Trust in 2018 & has over ten years’ experience working within construction, design & housing maintenance.
Roy Ashton, Senior Asset Surveyor
Roy joined Papworth Trust in May 2013. His background is in architectural design & building with nearly 30 years’ experience in social housing building & maintenance. Roy manages the capital works programme & stock condition surveys for all of Papworth Trust housing stock.
Mark Fusher, Asset Surveyor
Mark joined Papworth Trust in 2020 having previously worked for Papworth Trust Home Improvement Agency. Mark has worked within Social Housing for some 37 years & carries out stock condition surveys, inspections & planned maintenance to all Papworth Trust properties.
Kenny Strutt, Contracts Supervisor
Kenny joined Papworth Trust in 2009 as Contracts Supervisor. Kenny manages the Maintenance Team. Prior to this he was self-employed with his own business in general building works.
Richard Day, Heating Engineer
Richard joined Papworth Trust in 2013 having previously been employed by a contractor who provided services to the Trust. Richard provides a gas & plumbing service to our Housing tenants which includes dealing with installation of new boiler systems, boiler upgrades, breakdowns & general maintenance.
Luke Fox, Multi Skilled Operative
Luke joined Papworth Trust in May 2018. His background is as a painter & decorator. Luke joined the Trust initially as a gardener/handy person & has been recently promoted to a multi skilled operative. He carries out reactive repairs, decorating, planned & general maintenance tasks.
Kevin Hornsby, Gardener
Kevin recently joined Papworth Trust in June 2021 as a gardener & general handy person. He has previously worked as caretaker & ground maintenance person for various schools & colleges in the local area. Prior to this he was self-employed with his own kitchen & bathroom installing business.
