Asset Management Officer - Part Time - Papworth Everard - PAP2389

Ideally you will have:

• exceptional organisational skills

• experience of working in a customer focused environment

• a knowledge of housing maintenance issues

• an ability to perform under pressureThe varied role entails providing efficient maintenance admin and support service for our tenanted and commercial properties.  This will primarily involve answering the phone, raising orders both internally and externally, monitoring compliance and ensuring works are completed within timescales.
