My Leisure, My Services at Papworth Trust delivers a wide range of training and learning and social opportunities for disabled people either within our centres or within the local community.

As a Bank Project Worker you will have the ability to build open and productive relationships with our customers, combined with the skills to successfully work with and support people in both group and individual activities, whilst maintaining professional standards in conduct and service. You may also need to support individuals with their personal care when needed.

The key to your success in this post will be excellent team working and communication skills; enthusiasm and an ability to build confidence and motivation in others.  We are looking for an individual to provide support for our customers in centre based sessions and by accessing community based activities, this could include use of transport subject to eligibility.
