The customers you will be supporting may have a range of needs associated with learning disability, physical disabilities, mental health needs, communication and behaviour.

As a Project Worker you will be become part of a team responsible for the planning and delivery of activities to individuals or groups within one of our centres or out in the community.

Key to your success in this post will be an ability to build relationships and support customers to identify and work towards their personal goals. You will possess the necessary skills to communicate effectively, build confidence and use your passion, energy and enthusiasm to inspire those around you.

You may already possess the necessary experience to deliver the excellent personal care that some customers may require however we are equally keen to hear from people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
