Domiciliary care is provided to people who still live in their own homes but who require additional support with household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Anyone at any stage of life could require domiciliary care including those with learning disabilities, sensory impairment or physical disabilities.

As a Support Worker for The Papworth Trust you will be an essential part of our customer’s daily routine, and they are relying on you to maintain their independence. You will support and assist customers in all household duties and personal care tasks.

People that use our Service are at the heart of everything we do. As part of a close-knit, friendly team, you’ll assist them with their physical and emotional needs. To succeed, you’ll need to be able to think on your feet, prioritise your own workload and keep accurate records. We’ll give you ongoing support, and quality training to build your career.
