We provide care and support for four adults within a supported living service and for two adults within our outreach service

Support Workers will promote independence and choice, supporting customers with everyday life skills such as domestic duties, accessing community facilities and pursuing hobbies. The ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience of supporting adults with a learning disability, autism, diabetes and epilepsy.

  • Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of a 24/7 Rota.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that you are easily understood.

  • Empathetic and good team player, committed to improving others’ quality of life.

  • An ability to support and encourage others in developing skills, such as preparing meals and domestic duties, promoting independence and personal development.

  • Provision of personal care and support with dressing and toileting as appropriate.

Shifts cover a 24/7 period including weekends and sleep-in shifts
