Making a Will

When you have a Will, you will also have peace of mind that the people and causes you care about will be taken care of when you are gone.

Making a Will doesn’t have to be a daunting or cost a lot of money.

A solicitor can draft your Will for you so that

  • the wording is correct
  • your Will is valid
  • your wishes are carried out

If you wish to leave something to Papworth Trust then your solicitor will help you with the correct wording but please make sure you include our name, address and charity number:

Papworth Trust

Bernard Sunley Centre, Papworth Everard, CB23 3RG

Registered charity number: 211234

You don't need to tell us if you decide to leave a gift to us, but it can be really helpful as we plan for the future. We'd love to hear from you and thank you for making a lasting difference.

If you'd like more information about leaving a legacy please get in touch. Or, contact your solicitor for help.

If you do not have a solicitor, The Law Society can help you find one in your area:

Where there’s a Will there’s a Way

Every spring we work with a group of generous solicitors to help you write your Will.

During the campaign fortnight, solicitors will write your Will for you free of charge. You can, instead, make a recommended donation to Papworth Trust to support disabled people.

Details of the next campaign will be posted nearer to the time.
