Donna joined the Trust in August 2026 as our Interim CEO. She is an experienced CEO who has held a number of permanent and interim CEO roles across the health and social care and human rights sectors. She started her career in the trade union movement, specialising in equalities issues, before moving into patient advocacy as Director of the Association of Community Health Councils. She has a degree in Mathematics and Business Studies from the University of Warwick, and a Post Graduate Management Diploma from Birkbeck, University of London. She is a Fellow of the RSA, and in 2014 was awarded the CBE for services to Equality and Human Rights. She is currently Chair of Wandsworth Care Alliance.
Sarah joined Papworth Trust in 2021 having worked in a number of HR roles in health and social care, education, the third sector and financial services, driving the delivery of high quality, value added people services. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CiPD).
Chris joined the Trust in 2024 having worked in the housing sector for over 20 years. He has worked at a variety of organisations, most recently heading up the delivery of housing services at Metropolitan Thames Valley housing (MTVH), one of the largest G15 providers, across London, the Midlands and the East of England. Chris has a huge passion for delivering an excellent customer experience, involving customers at all levels of service development and in providing quality homes. He has an MSc in Housing and is Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
Karryn joined the Trust in 2025 having worked in health and social care across voluntary, public and private sector for over 20 years. She has extensive experience of designing, developing, and delivering frontline services and excels in creating new ways of working in collaboration with diverse groups of stakeholders to deliver outcome-focused services. Karryn has successfully inspired and led system-wide changes, including the development of digital mental health services and the redesign of hospital discharge services. Karryn has a Foundation Degree in Social Pedagogy and Integrated Children’s Services and a Postgraduate Certificate in Leading Transformation and Change.
Rachael Osei-Temeng FCCA joined the Trust in 2026. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), she holds a First Class Honours degree in Business Administration (Accounting) and brings over 20 years' experience across finance leadership, housing, local government and the charity sector. Rachael is passionate about using finance to support better decision-making and improve outcomes for the people and communities organisations serve. She has led finance transformation programmes, strengthened financial governance, and built collaborative business partnering approaches that help services achieve their strategic objectives. Before joining Papworth Trust, Rachael held senior finance roles at organisations including the East Midlands Combined County Authority, the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Eastlight Homes, Lewisham Homes, Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, Notting Hill Genesis, and the Salvation Army, among others. Having completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme, Rachael is committed to developing high-performing teams, building trusted relationships, and ensuring finance acts as a strategic partner in helping the Trust deliver its mission, enabling disabled people and those experiencing disadvantage to live independent and fulfilling lives.
