Sarah Miller, Chief Executive

Sarah has worked in the social care sector for 30 years, predominantly within voluntary organisations working with disabled people. Starting off as a support worker in the 1980s, she has worked in organisations such as RNID, Sense and The Guinness Partnership in a range of operational roles. Most recently, she has worked as the Deputy Chief Executive with Walsingham Support, a national disability charity, and is also a Trustee of Walsingham Support Community Solutions.


Helena Harris, Director of Operations

Helena has been working at Papworth Trust since 1996. She originally trained as a teacher but ran her own business for the majority of her working life prior to joining the Trust. Helena has had a number of jobs within the Trust prior to her role as Director of Operations, including a number of years as Head of Employment.
 

Mark Blake, Director of Central Services

Mark is the Director of Central Services which will include Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and Internal Insurance. Mark brings significant national and international experience from the charity and private sectors ranging from Fauna & Flora International to the highways and rail maintenance company Amey PLC. 


Kirsty Brooks, HR Director

Kirsty joined the Trust in 2019 as HR Director, having previously worked in both the charity sector and more latterly blue chip organisations. Kirsty’s experience in leading HR and Talent Management within national and international organisations allows her to focus both strategically, coupled with a pragmatic approach to delivering our people solutions. Kirsty is passionate about how the focus on people can deliver commercial outcomes that benefit the services we provide to our disabled community.
