The Community Connections project in Essex aims to help those who need support to find sustainable employment. Community Connections Essex is funded by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund.

Our aim

  • Assist those who require support to return to employment, regardless of their recent experience or situation.
  • To work with those who need to build on their self-esteem and develop their confidence, whilst accessing training and actively job seeking.
  • Supporting those who are furthest away job market, allowing opportunities to gain new skills through volunteering, work placements and job searching.
As a partnership, we treat each participant as an individual and provided one-to-one support through an Employment Advisor, as well as group sessions and opportunities to develop employability skills they require to reach their full potential.
