Community Connections Essex

The Community Connections project in Essex aims to support those with a disability or long-term health condition, who are looking to find sustainable employment. Community Connections Essex is funded by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund.

Our aim

  • To work with those who need to build on their self-esteem and develop their confidence, whilst accessing training and actively job seeking.
  • Supporting those who are furthest away job market, allowing opportunities to gain new skills through volunteering and work placements.
As a partnership, we treat each participant as an individual and provided one-to-one support through an Employment Advisor, as well as group sessions and opportunities to develop employability skills they require to reach their full potential.
