We are satisfied we are paying both men and women fairly for the work they do. Our gender pay gap remains relatively low, with the mean (average) pay gap between men and women across the Trust at just 3.89% and the median pay gap at 9.36%. This means men are being paid at a slightly higher rate than women across the Trust as a whole.
We recognise with the size of the organisation small changes in the workforce can reflect in the gender pay gap data, however we continue to challenge ourselves to ensure our recruitment practises attract a diverse range of candidates and are inclusive.
