We are committed to providing a small team of support staff who will become familiar faces, and whom you will know you can rely on. In the event that one of your regular team is not available, we will always let you know, and we will make sure that another member of the team is on hand to support you.

All our employees undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) records check. Our staff are qualified, and fully trained in:
  • First aid
  • Health and safety
  • Manual handling
  • Medication
  • Infection control
  • Person centred planning
  • Mental health support
  • Safeguarding
  • Risk assessment
  • Food hygiene
  • Fire awareness
  • Equality and diversity

Your support team can also have additional training to meet your specific needs. This could include British Sign Language training or epilepsy training for example.

Your support

We know that everyone’s needs are different and we'll work with you to identify the right solution for you and your family.

We offer flexible support from only a few hours a week to daily support all year round. We record everything we do for you in your personal care plan, and can meet with you and your family regularly to make sure you are happy with how things are going and to see if you want to make any changes.
