All fundraising carried out at Papworth Trust follows the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice which can be found here: Code of Fundraising Practice | Fundraising Regulator.
We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator who regulates fundraising in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and are committed to their Fundraising Promise which you can read here: The Fundraising Promise | Fundraising Regulator. This means we do all that we can to ensure that our fundraising practices are legal, open, honest and respectful. Read our commitment here: Papworth Trust’s Fundraising Commitment.
If you would like to make a complaint about our fundraising, we would like to ask you to raise this with us first. You can do this by accessing the Trust’s complaints form on our website or emailing fundraising@papworthtrust.org.uk.
However, if you are unhappy with how the Trust manages your complaint or are displeased with the outcome, you can make your complaint to the Fundraising Regulator. Details of how you can do this can be found here: Complaints | Fundraising Regulator.
