Professionals at Cambridge Golf Driving range have kindly agreed to host a free charity event aimed at giving golfers of all abilities some hints and tips to improve their game.

Darren Scholes, the golf professional at Cambridge Golf Driving range, has joined forces with other Eastern County Region professionals in support of Papworth Trust.

Darren and the team will be hosting a special day on Thursday 7th March where golfers will be offered advice and tuition in exchange for a donation to our charity.

Bespoke advice will be given on swing tuning, longer drives and improved distance control as well as a driver masterclass.

There will also be tips and lessons for beginners to ensure there is something for everyone – while junior golfers are also welcome.

The event is entirely free with all equipment, balls and tuition offered on the day.

Darren and the team are happy to arrange a session to highlight any particular gaps – but please let them know beforehand. They also welcome bookings from groups who may like to come along as part of a team ‘away day’ or team-building exercise.

Anyone interested in booking their place, or finding out more information, should contact jo.revitt@papworthtrust.org.uk or visit http://www.cambridgegolfdrivingrange.co.uk/.
