Routeways to Work is where young people and adults with learning disabilities and neurodiversity, experience hands on learning in Cambridge's OWL Bikes. This experience helps individuals develop their employability skills to work towards achieving their aspirations.
Kurt told us what he enjoys most about Routeways to Work:
"There's a good team of people at Routeways to Work. It's good, you learn about lots of things not just bikes, you get help with CVs. I 'm doing a CV with Fleur (the advisor) so I can use it in the future. It's not just working on bikes but all about the next steps ".
