The maintenance team will be operational over the Christmas 2021 period. However we will be operating differently.

We will be carrying out emergency repairs only from Saturday 25 December 2021 until and including Monday 3 January 2022. (Normal service will resume on Tuesday 4 January 2022).

Emergency repairs

Our point of contact for emergencies is 0330 678 0008.

Urgent repairs

These can be reported on the working days over the Christmas period; this means Wednesday 29 – Friday 31 December 2021. They should be reported by phone or email during normal office hours.

Some urgent work may be scheduled for 29 – 31 December and tenants will be made aware in advance.

Routine repairs

We will not be taking reports of routine repairs by telephone during this period. All routine repairs must be reported by email to repairsandmaintenance@papworthtrust.org.uk and these will be logged from Tuesday 4 January 2022.

Inspections

We will not be carrying out routine inspections over this period.

Rent payments and Housing Officers

We will be working with reduced housing staff during this Christmas period.

On 29, 30 and 31 December you will be able to make rent payments by card over the telephone and we will have a member of the housing team available to provide remote guidance and information for urgent housing issues.

We will not be conducting any home visits during this time.
