Papworth Trust is looking for organisations in the South of the Greater Cambridge and Greater Peterborough LEP area (South and East Cambridgeshire, Cambridge, Ely, Huntingdon, St Neots, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Royston and Stanstead) to express their interest in becoming a partner on our Building Better Opportunities Community Connections South project.

The project is part-funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund, which started in October 2016 and will end in September 2019.

The project brings together experienced partners that focus on changing lives and communities for the better.

The project supports the hardest to reach people in the area - who are several steps away from making work a sustainable part of their lives - move into education, training, job search, and, ultimately, sustainable employment.

Papworth Trust is the Lead Partner and a Delivery Partner on the project. The other Deliver Partners are:
Cambridgeshire County Council Adult Learning & Skills Team
Camtrust
CHS
Groundwork East
New Meaning Foundation
Realife Trust
Reboot CIC
WEA

We are currently looking for new organisations to join the partnership and widen the support we can offer.

If you are an organisation that is open, responsive, collaborative, inclusive and who seeks to maximise every opportunity to improve the lives of the people you support, by moving them forward to engage with the communities that they live in, then you are the type of organisation we need on the partnership.

We are particularly interested to hear from organisations that have a specific expertise in working with and gaining positive outcomes with the following:
Women
Homeless
Travellers
People with Mental Health issues

Any interested organisations need to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI).

The closing date is Sunday 1st October 2017.

Tenders will be involved in a two stage process. Stage 1 is the aforementioned EoI stage. Successful tenders will then go through to Stage 2, which encompasses clarifications around the EoI and an interview and presentation about the work you will do on the project.

Both stages will be scored and weighted on the following criteria:
Geography (20% of the total score)
Service Delivery Experience (20%) of the total score)
Organisational Information (20% of the total score)
Capacity (20% of the total score)
Costs (20% of the total score)

If you would like further information about the opportunity, please contact jason.gosling@papworthtrust.org.uk or telephone 07753 724261.

Expressions of Interest need to be emailed to jason.gosling@papworthtrust.org.uk.

Closing Date: Sunday 1st October 2017
