From the start of November, our Housing Team are relocating to a new office in Pendrill Court.

Below is a letter that is being sent to all our tenants...

Dear Tenant.

As I am sure you all know, we are now in the process of moving our Head Office away from the Bernard Sunley Centre in Papworth Everard and into our Saxongate Centre in Huntingdon.

As a valued tenant of Papworth Trust, we wanted to reassure you that this move will not have any impact on your tenancy with the charity. We have provided some FAQs below that should answer any queries you might have.

We are delighted to be maintaining a presence in the heart of the village, at Pendrill Court, and are planning greater ways to further enhance our service and communication going forward.

FAQs

  • Why are you moving?

It is a big change for Papworth Trust, but Bernard Sunley Centre has been too large for us for a long time now. This provides us with an opportunity to work more flexibly, release some capital and work from a position of strength for the next 100 years, creating a positive future for Papworth Trust by continuing to deliver housing, work, care and day care services for disabled people.

  • What is the new address?

Whilst the Housing Service will be based at Pendrill Court in the village our new postal address will be: Papworth Trust, 1 Saxongate, Bradbury Court, Huntingdon, PE29 3RR. This is the address you should use for any tenancy related correspondence.

  • How can I pay my rent?

Papworth Trust have not accepted cash payment for some time, so there is no change to how you pay for your rent as a result of the move. You can continue to pay for your rent by Direct Debit, Standing Order, Debit Card or cheque. Cheques will need to be sent to our new head office address (see above).

  • How do I contact the Trust?

There is no change to how you contact the Trust. You can contact housing by:

You can also see your Housing Officer by appointment using the above methods.

Kind regards

The Papworth Trust Housing Team
