We are delighted to be hosting an evening with Stephen Marsh, the founder of Pinkster Gin, on the evening of Wednesday 12th February.

Describing the business as a hobby that has grown wildly out of control, Stephen will talk about how a stomach problem caused by yeast and sugar led to the creation of one of the UK’s leading independent premium gins - enabling him to step off the corporate ladder and run a successful business from home.

Pinkster is made with fresh, locally grown raspberries in Newton, near Cambridge, and Stephen will have all sorts of drinks and by-products available to taste on the evening.

Pinkster products will also be available to purchase at a discount to retail prices, with a donation going to Papworth Trust from all sales. We will accept cheques, cash or bank transfers on the night.
