Sharing the stage with Dr. Shaw was Dr. Rosie Atterton, an experienced GP with a lifelong commitment to women's health. These distinguished speakers were joined by a panel of experts covering various facets of menopause, including exercise, nutrition, counselling, hair loss, and a holistic approach to managing this life transition. Attendees had the opportunity to engage with the experts during a question and answer session following their enlightening talks.
