Given the rising number of cases of Coronavirus (Covid-19) across the country, we are putting in a number of measures to safeguard the wellbeing of our tenants, customers, staff and volunteers.
– Care in customers’ homes will continue as normal and our staff teams are managing resources and planning locally. We will keep an overview of this and inform you of any changes.
Housing and Facilities
– Essential services will continue and this is being planned through our Housing and Facilities teams. These will be prioritised on an individual need basis. If you have a repair, we ask that you please tell us if you are self-isolating before we visit you.
Opportunities Without Limits Services
– These services will shut as from the 20th March, with the exception of our evening clubs which will stop with immediate effect. Our teams will be assessing individual ongoing customer support needs over the coming days and will set out plans on how to maintain contact with our customers.
– Our staff will begin working from home with immediate effect, and will be carrying out telephone appointments with customers.
