Andy Hirst - Chair of Development Committee

Andy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in business and development which proves a huge support to the Trust, both in his position as Trustee and as Chair of the Development Committee.

This Committee consistently reviews key areas of operations for challenges and opportunities and Andy’s knowledge of the external market place and business planning techniques supports the leadership team in improving existing and developing new services.

It was lovely to see Andy at a fundraising event back in the summer organised by the Centenary Circle. His support is very much appreciated.

Andy also sat on our working group with Richard to review our properties and assets.

With Andy’s background in development and the external market his contribution has been invaluable and continues to be so.
