Please see below the change on delivery of our services over the Christmas period.
Housing
During the Christmas period, Wednesday 24 December to Friday 2 January, the Repairs and Maintenance Service will be attending to emergency repairs only, such as no heating or hot water, a flood or loss of electricity. If you have an urgent repair, please report this, however, do note these will be attended to within the 7 days as per the customer standard.
The Housing Management Service will not be available on Thursday 25 December, Friday 26 December and Thursday 1 January.
Both services will be covered by staff during the working hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday 29 December, Tuesday 30 December and Wednesday 31 December. Outside of these times the repairs telephone line will be answered by the out of hours contact centre.

Our WorkWell service closes on Wednesday 24 December and reopens at 9am on Monday 5 January.
OWL bikes will close at 2pm on Wednesday 24 December and reopens at 9am on Monday 5 January.
Day Opportunities
Our Day Opportunities services* will be closed from 3.30pm on Wednesday 24 December, reopening 9:30am on Monday 5 January.
*Based in Basildon, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Ipswich and Sawston (for our South Cambridgeshire service).
