Trivallis has achieved Disability Confident Leader status, marking an important milestone in the organisation’s ongoing commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive and accessible place to work. Papworth Trust has been proud to work with Trivallis on
their journey to accreditation through our Disability Confident programme.
The Disability Confident scheme, led by the UK Government, supports employers to recruit, retain and develop disabled people and those with long-term health conditions. Leader status recognises organisations that are actively embedding inclusive practices,
sharing learning, and showing leadership in removing barriers to employment. This achievement reflects the collective efforts of teams across Trivallis, from frontline services to corporate support roles, who work every day to create a culture where people
feel valued, respected and supported to thrive.
Fleur Patten, Employment and Wellbeing Advisor at Papworth Trust, who supported Trivallis through the assessment process, said:
