Ian Cunningham, Business Manager – Housing Management

Ian joined the Trust in 2010 as a Housing Officer and is now responsible for overseeing the housing management service across the Trust's portfolio of affordable housing. He has over ten years' experience working in affordable housing. Prior to joining the Trust he held senior project roles for various organisations in the live events sector. He holds a level 7 postgraduate certificate in Housing Studies and is a chartered member of the CIH (CIHCM).

Damond Farguson, Senior Business Manager Property

Damond joined the Trust in 2012 as Senior Operations Manager for the Home Improvement Agency services. In 2016 he moved into his current role managing the Trust's domestic and commercial properties; fleet, energy and commercial lettings. Damond has over 20 years' experience in buildings, contract management and service development.

Ian Hall, Head of IT and Data

Ian joined the Trust in 2019 as the Information Technology Manager and is responsible for the Trust's technology systems. Since joining the Trust Ian has been involved with a number of key organisational projects. Prior to joining the Trust, Ian worked at the Stroke Association for 13 years providing technical leadership of the Association's IT Infrastructure.

Nicola Whiteman, Policy and Communications Manager

Nicola joined the Trust in 2009 as Policy and Research Manager. In 2019, she moved to her current role of Policy and Communications Manager. Prior to joining, she worked as a Political Researcher for Brian Donohoe MP in the House of Commons and as Public Affairs Manager for the insurance company, Aviva. Whilst at the Trust she has worked on many campaigns including reforming the Work Capability Assessment and the Under Occupancy ruling more commonly known as the Bedroom Tax.

Tracy Campbell – People Services Manager

Tracy joined the Trust in April 2024 and is responsible for overseeing people services such as recruitment, employment contracts, HR policies, pay and benefits, employee relations, health and wellbeing, and payroll provision. Tracy has over 20 years' experience in Human Resources, mainly in Financial Services, and holds a level 7 postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management. She is a chartered member of the CIPD, the professional body for HR. Tracy has benefited from previously working in care provision and her volunteering roles with Samaritans, Age UK and Silver Line. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys mini breaks, cruises, film and TV, and relaxing time spent with family and friends. On her wish list is to get back to singing, something she enjoyed as part of a local band in the past.

Richard Burton – Interim Finance Controller

Richard joined the Trust in 2025 as our Interim Finance Controller. He is a qualified CIMA accountant and brings a wealth of experience of charity, social housing and public sector organisations. He is responsible for the delivery of all our financial services, including management and financial accounting, and treasury.
