Gemma joined the Trust in 2022 and is our Registered Manager in the Lowestoft area. She has 10 years of experience in the care industry, working previously for Westward Health Care and Consensus Support most recently as the Registered Manager. She has worked within residential homes to support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, behaviours that challenge, mental ill health and more.
Sharon is our Registered Manager in Haverhill and also manages our Opportunities without Limits service in Ipswich. Sharon has had 25 years' experience in the care sector. Prior to joining Papworth Trust she worked with older people and adults with a disability in nursing & residential homes, domiciliary care, supported living and day service settings. Sharon started with the Trust in 2008 when the Care Department was launched to support customers to transition from an NHS provision.
