Running a marathon is one thing Jack Troutt has had on his bucket list since he was a young boy.

Now aged 23, Jack from Hornchurch is one of the team taking on the London Marathon in April in aid of Papworth Trust.

Jack, a conveyancing executive and avid West Ham fan, has been a keen runner since the age of 13 and has always dreamed of completing a marathon.

“I’ve always wanted to run a marathon ever since I was in secondary school and now I get to tick it off my bucket list,” he said.

Money he raises from his marathon challenge will support Papworth Trust’s work with disabled people across the Eastern region, helping them to live full and independent lives.

Jack said: “Papworth Trust are a fantastic charity and they do a lot of work local to where I live.

“So many people out there need assistance with trying to live an independent life and this charity can help them do exactly that.”

He’s running up to four times a week and is aiming for a finish time in the capital of four-and-a-half hours.
