This morning we enter our day with the sad news from Buckingham Palace of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.  For the majority of us, Queen Elizabeth’s reign has been one encompassing all of our lifetime and now marks the end of an era. I am sure we will all remember the outstanding service she has provided to this country and as Head of the Commonwealth over the past seven decades.

Last night I passed on our sincerest condolences and best wishes to our Patron, HRH Duchess of Gloucester and her family. I am sure the Queen and the Royal Family will be in our hearts and minds as the country enters a period of mourning.
