overcome this.
- Support you to write a CV.
- Help you search for the right job for you.
- Show you how to fill out a job application.
- Teach you some interview skills.
- Build your confidence so that you feel ready to apply for a job.
- Help you to show employers your skills.
- Make sure that you’re ready for work.
Quotes from our Routeways to Work participants:
“Routeways to Work has given me hope, engagement and knowledge. This is helping
me to get used to the workplace and contribute to society in the future. I am learning
much in the workshop here which I couldn’t learn on my own at home because of the
specialised tools and equipment as well as the expert tutors.”
“Routeways to Work has built my confidence up. Helping with my communication
skills, I am now able to maintain a good working relationship with staff members and
participants. I have learned how to be at work by respecting the team. This has built the
foundations for me to enter the world of work.”
