Change in reopening plans for our Opportunities without Limits service

Yesterday the Government announced that most of the East and South East of England will be moved to the new Tier 4 set of COVID-19 restrictions in an effort to battle rapidly escalating rates of infections. This means that the area that you live in and where our service is located will be subject to much stricter rules from 00.01am on 26th December. For information about the Tiers and the restrictions that will apply in Tier 4 please go to www.gov.uk/coronavirus.

Due to the timing of this change just before the majority of our services close for the festive period we need to inform you that we have reluctantly decided to delay reopening our Opportunities without Limits services (see below for full list of sites) until Monday 11th January 2021 at the earliest. We have taken this decision because we need additional time to reassess the risk of reopening the service after the festive period and discuss the situation with the Local Authority.

Our OWL Bikes shop will reopen on Monday 4th January, based on Government guidance. Please click here to see the OWL Bikes page.

We understand and apologise that this change may cause some inconvenience to you however our primary concern remains the health and safety of our customers and staff. We will be monitoring the situation closely over Christmas and into the New Year. A member of the team will be in touch with you again at the earliest opportunity after Monday 4th January to inform you of progress and decisions.
