My journey:

When I first attended an appointment with Dee, I felt very disheartened. Dee listened to me and we discussed the accident I had, and how it made me feel. I felt quite despondent.

Dee asked me questions about how I was feeling mentally and physically. She said to keep an open mind about other opportunities in relation to other jobs available. I had been turned down for jobs I had previously done but Dee always had a positive attitude. Dee helped me job search and gave me ideas and showed me other ways of looking at my barriers.

Due to that I am now employed.
