Our Tenants

This section of our website is for our existing tenants and includes important information you need to know.

This information can also be found in the tenant handbook - received with your keys when you first moved into your home - and includes how to pay your rent, what you can expect from us, what we expect from you and your legal obligations. If you have any questions about what is in the handbook, please complete the Contact Us form.

About your tenancy

Before you moved into your new home, you will have signed a tenancy agreement. This contract explains what our, and your, responsibilities are. It also helps to ensure a good relationship between you and us, and between you and your neighbours.

When you accepted your tenancy, you agreed to abide by the conditions in the agreement. You need to keep your tenancy agreement in a safe place.

Our aim is to provide our tenants with a high quality housing management service. The agreement helps us to make sure that everyone is clear about the terms and conditions of a tenancy.

We have tried to make it easy to follow, but if you are unsure about anything in it, please talk to your housing officer. If you are not sure of their contact details, please complete the Contact Us form and we will put you in touch.
